Thai man cuts the head off his children – warning graphic

This Thai news story is old since April this year but it's the first time I heard about it. Actually I find it interesting that this kind of news story doesn't get more coverage let's say this happened in america or Australia it would be beemed accross the world but because it happens in a remote village in Rayong Thailand seems like noone cares. Before you watch the clip be warned that it's pretty graphic nothing is blurred out.

Apparently what happened was this guy had a falling out with his Thai wife who now refuses to meet him or see his kids. Probably because the guy is always high. Now high on the drug ice he goes to his wifes place and severs the head of his two kids aged 10 and 3 supposedly to teach her a lesson for not seeing him anymore.
