Top 10 Richest People in Thailand 2014
Every year Forbes comes out with a list of the richest people in the world and they also break it down by country and I just find these people so interesting. Above all the problems Thailand has doing business they seem to have come out on the top and to reach this status is simply remarkable. A few surprises on this years list and some not so surprises as well. Honestly, I don't know much about politics, they just doesn't interest me so much and Thai Politics I have no say so I don't see why I should comment on such things. But what I still find amazing is that this guy Thaksin is still managing to make it on the list of wealthiest people in Thailand...yet he's not in Thailand. And didn't the government take a billion or so dollars from the guy? Where did that money go? Maybe someone can fill the blanks for me in the comments section.

At the top of the list you'll notice the Central mall owner this is no surprise, they have been opening locations like crazy over the past few years and every single location is full of shops, these people know exactly what they are doing. Not shown in the top ten but my favorite money man in Thailand the famous Tan the guy who started this company is a real marketing genius. He started the company after leaving his now biggest rival Oishi and in a matter of a few years Mr Tan owns 40% of the market! I don't even think Coke managed to pull that off. He does have his critiques and I can't find the interview but some Nation reporter said that he would be doing much better if he didn't give away all this money for marketing. Honestly I don't know what that fool is talking about everyone in the country knows of the drink now it's obviously working.
